Ep 49: What You Get in Sold Out Services, Support, Structure, Results

Sold Out Services opens in two days, and I wanted to walk you through exactly what this container looks like, how it works, and what you can expect if you decide to join.

If you are a one-on-one service provider who knows you are in ceiling season, meaning you are fully booked, delivering incredible results, but cannot see a clean path to your next revenue level, this episode is for you.

This is not a vague overview. I am breaking down the structure, the support, the seven pillars of productization, and what actually happens in your first 30 days inside the program.

What You’ll Hear in This Episode

  • What “done with you” actually means inside Sold Out Services

  • Why this is not a traditional group program

  • The 12 month structure and asynchronous support model

  • The seven pillars of productization

  • How the Authority Anchor becomes the first domino

  • What kind of results you can expect in your first 30 days

  • How we buy back 5 to 15 hours of founder time per week

  • What happens after productization is installed

Done With You Does Not Mean Group Program

Let’s clear something up immediately.

Done with you does not automatically mean group program.

Inside Sold Out Services, there is no required weekly call where I teach live and you scramble to take notes. There is no monthly group coaching call that serves as the only support mechanism.

This is asynchronous, strategic, personalized work.

You fill out your onboarding form. My team and I build a custom client profile for you. We analyze where you are, where you want to go, what your revenue goals are, and what your current offer ecosystem looks like.

Then we design the correct path forward.

You move through the IP in short, focused lessons. Every video is under 15 minutes. You use structured Google Docs, Airtable bases, and targeted AI tools that are trained specifically for each pillar.

You submit your work. I review it. I give detailed feedback. You revise. We refine.

That is what done with you looks like here.

The Seven Pillars of Productization

Sold Out Services is built around installing seven pillars of productization into your service business.

The first pillar is your Authority Anchor.

This is not just an “I help” statement. It is a positioning strategy designed to attract your level 10 clients and test specific angles in your messaging.

Your Authority Anchor influences:

  • Your content

  • Your onboarding questions

  • Your sales calls

  • Your metrics

  • Your visibility strategy

Once that is clear, we move into scope refinement.

We audit every deliverable in your current service. We redline it. Does this item directly impact the result? Yes or no.

If it does not, it gets eliminated.

Then we productize what remains.

We design systems that allow you to stay in strategy, advising, and creative direction while removing manual, bespoke, time-leaking tasks like:

  • Custom proposals built from scratch

  • Overcomplicated onboarding

  • Meetings that could have been emails

  • Manual follow ups

From there, we move into:

  • Hidden revenue reactivation

  • Reintroducing your productized offer to current and past clients

  • Visibility expansion beyond referrals

  • Lead pipeline tracking and forecasting

Every pillar builds on the last.

What Happens in the First 30 Days

Within your first four weeks, you:

  1. Commit to the container you are productizing

  2. Build and begin testing your Authority Anchor

  3. Start refining your scope and positioning

And yes, results can happen quickly.

I shared the example of a web designer inside the program who refined her positioning, increased her pricing by $1,000, merged her clarity call and sales call using the framework inside SOS, and closed a client in seven hours.

Seven hours.

That had never happened before for her.

This is what happens when positioning, pricing, and sales strategy align.

Buying Back Your Time

One of my biggest goals for you inside Sold Out Services is to buy back five to fifteen hours of founder time per week.

That does not come from working harder.

It comes from:

  • Eliminating unnecessary scope

  • Installing automation where appropriate

  • Delegating or outsourcing strategically

  • Productizing communication and proposals

  • Tracking data intentionally

When you buy back that time, you get to decide how to use it.

Some of you will rest.

Some of you will increase visibility.

Some of you will double down on thought leadership.

But it becomes a choice instead of chaos.

Data Driven Scaling

Another major shift inside SOS is learning what data actually matters.

We track:

  • Average client value

  • Number of offers

  • Proposal value

  • Lead flow

  • Capacity

You stop guessing.

You start forecasting.

You start making decisions based on numbers instead of vibes.
